eRisks Appoints Bank of America's Kerry Williams As President, James Lam Elevated To Vice Chairman

eRisks, the market leader for fully integrated enterprise risk management (ERM) services, today announced it has appointed Kerry Williams as President. Formerly of Bank of America, Williams served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Integrated eCommerce. In addition, eRisks announced that founder James Lam has assumed the role of Vice Chairman, where he will lead the company's efforts to evangelize ERM solutions to financial service, insurance and other corporate institutions.

While at Bank of America, Mr. Williams led the growth of the bank's commercial credit card business into a multi-billion dollar operation from 1995-1998. He also launched several Internet initiatives at Bank of America, including eWallet and eBusiness Center. Mr. Williams started as a Financial Analyst in 1987 before becoming Vice President/District Manager of Cash Management Operations in 1993 at Wells Fargo Bank.
