NEW YORK - Enterprise Risk Solutions (ERS) proudly announces the appointment of Heidi Miller to its Board of Directors. As a Board member, Ms. Miller, Senior Executive Vice President and CFO of Priceline.com, will work with the rest of the Board in setting the strategic direction of ERS. Ms. Miller was named the second most powerful businesswoman in the U.S. by Fortune magazine in 1999. Prior to joining Priceline.com, she was Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup, the world's largest financial corporation. Ms. Miller has had extensive experience in the financial services industry, holding executive positions at both Chemical Bank and Travelers Group.
