Abacus is a robust web-based application that is hosted via our secure ASP and built upon today’s industry-accepted, open technology standards. The application utilizes an integrated security framework that guarantees both privacy and data integrity.

• Architecture: Industry standard products provide the platform upon which we architect our solutions. These deliver “out-of-the-box” services that, combined with our proprietary code, produce a powerful analytics engine.
• Security: Maintaining data security and confidentiality is paramount to Ambit ERisk Abacus's value proposition for our clients. To satisfy our clients' requirements, we made security a top priority in the design of Abacus. We recognize the sensitive nature of any client information, and accordingly have built state-of-the-art technical and physical data security measures into Abacus. Technical security prevents hackers from retrieving valuable data through the Internet. Physical security prevents thieves from stealing the computers that hold the application and clients’ data.
• Application Maintenance: Abacus is delivered as a web service, which means that you don’t need to dedicate any of your technology infrastructure or staff to support its use. Your Abacus users can easily access all features and functionality from any computer with standard web-browser and Internet connection.

Customer Support

Ambit ERisk is dedicated to the success of each client relationship and to supporting each client’s ongoing use of the Abacus solution. In support of the delivery and use of our Abacus solution, Ambit ERisk provides clients with a wide range of service level commitments such as telephonic, email and on-site support. Clients typically utilize our services for technology, analytical and training related questions.

In addition to these bundled services, Ambit ERisk provides all Abacus clients with ongoing access to our Risk Consulting organization, on a time and materials basis, for assistance in other projects, as they arise.
