Prior to joining ERisk, Mr. Klemperer served as a Principal with Katalyst, LLC, a full-service business accelerator providing venture capital, operational expertise, and merchant banking services to startup businesses. During his tenure with Katalyst, Mr. Klemperer assumed various operating positions within the Katalyst Portfolio, including working with ERisk, where he provided strategic direction and was instrumental in helping the company secure its latest round of venture funding.

Before moving to Katalyst, Mr. Klemperer worked for Deloitte Consulting, where he was involved in the operational aspects of new ventures, as well as the reengineering and merger activities of larger companies. He has also spent time in the Corporate Finance groups of both Johnson & Johnson and Bear Stearns.

Mr. Klemperer holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual concentration of strategic management and healthcare. He earned a BA in economics from Swarthmore College.
