NEW YORK - Enterprise Risk Solutions (ERS) proudly announces the appointments of Curtis Tange to Vice President, Andrew Hickman to Head of Research and Development, and Sumit Paul-Choudhury to Editorial Director. All three are expected to bring new areas of expertise to this rapidly growing risk management business. Curtis Tange has had over a decade of experience in risk consulting services to leading global financial institutions. Before joining ERS, he was a member of Oliver, Wyman & Company's Emerging Markets practice, where he developed cutting-edge risk management tools in some of the most turbulent economic environments. Mr. Tange graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Economics from Harvard College.

As a Vice President of ERS's consulting arm, Mr. Tange will lead engagements that empower risk managers and senior executives by providing guidance and counsel in addressing their critical risk management issues.

Also announced today was the appointment of Andrew Hickman to Head of Research and Development. He comes to ERS from Credit Suisse First Boston, and previously Credit Suisse Financial Products, where he was a Vice President in Risk Measurement & Management. There he measured and managed counterparty credit risk for transactions and portfolios spanning the full range of underlying markets and products, with particular focus on structured derivatives. He has written articles, which have appeared in several risk publications. As Head of R&D for ERS, Mr. Hickman will be responsible for developing risk methodology and models, as well as providing content for the eRisks.com website. "The Internet offers us an exciting opportunity to deliver our leading-edge risk technology to a broad client base." Mr. Hickman graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Paul-Choudhury has had extensive experience as a journalist writing on risk management, capital markets, and technology. He has worked as a journalist and editorial consultant for a variety of organizations and publications, including The Economist Intelligence Unit, Risk magazine, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Wired magazine. Mr. Paul-Choudhury graduated with a First Class B.SC. in Physics from the Imperial College and a M.Sc. in Mathematics and Astronomy from Queen Mary & Westfield College, both of the University of London.

As Editorial Director, Mr. Paul-Choudhury will be responsible for managing and developing editorial content on the eRisks.com website.
